With a commitment to the uniqueness of each body, I believe in the power of Pilates and intelligent, biomechanically efficient movement to unlock full potential. I trained at the world-renowned Pilates Center in Boulder, and several years of neuromuscular training with the Franklin Method Institute led me to become certified as a Level II trainer, specializing in shoulders, back, pelvis, feet and hands. I use creativity and embodiment to help clients experience dynamic alignment to improve posture, movement and function.
I have presented twice at national conferences, and for the Pilates Method Alliance for teacher CEC’s. I also bring my knowledge as an equestrian to my work – creating balance on instability, finding one’s own instabilities and working with them, learning how to use core stabilization in any situation and, above all, how to breathe.
